Webiplex DocuPeak: Cloud-Based Business Process Automation
 Webiplex DocuPeak is a cloud-based, business process management (BPM) software platform designed for rapid application development (RAD) and easy configuration of automated business processes. DocuPeak software can be leveraged via Webiplex's cloud (i.e. SaaS) and can also be installed in an on-premise cloud - with no compromises in functionality between the two versions.

| Data and Content Capture |
 Today, information can enter an organization in many ways; paper, e-mail, system-to-system transactions, spreadsheets or word-processing documents, etc. DocuPeak provides built-in components – such as the DocuPeak Scan Bench, WebDAV, e-mail import and data entry forms – which can capture, scan, receive or integrate with any other content or data producing system.
DocuPeak also provides electronic forms that allows for business process automation for data-driven tasks. Service requests, Task and Project management and reporting, and any other data-centric processes can be modeled and implemented rapidly and easily. And, changes to DocuPeak applications are simple to make to quickly refine the business process in real time. |

| Data and Content Intelligence |
 Creating actionable data for intelligence rules and automated processes is the definition of content intelligence, and DocuPeak has an entire framework for just this purpose. Whether it's reading a barcode from a scanned image, or automating approval processes for a form for an employee to request vacation time, DocuPeak provides the tools for automation. Our customers are used to workflows that involve scanned paper as will as received e-mails and EDI imports - all delivered to a single process. One system to capture and manage it all. |

| Business Process Management (BPM) |
 DocuPeak workflow and process automation is defined and configured within the DocuPeak Application Studio, an entirely Web-based application construction environment. Applications are defined by configuring sets of "Application Entities" and can be extended using the Microsoft Workflow Foundation and the Microsoft Business Rules Engine. This means sophisticated document processes can be codified in non-proprietary workflows and business rules. You can also leverage these tools through the DocuPeak cloud without having to invest in the server tools from Microsoft either.
Whether you're validating a purchase order number that was OCR'd (i.e. optical character recognition) from a scanned document against an external database, or implementing a rule that sends all mortgage applications above a certain level to a review step, DocuPeak workflows are the built-in, open and extensible answer. And, with a "business event" driven model, DocuPeak applications are agile and allow for incremental enhancements in business processes. |

| Deep Line-of-Business (LOB) System Integration |
In nearly all cases, document management is not "stand alone". Document management is supplementary to an existing process, and typically to an existing line-of-business system.
DocuPeak provides numerous methods for integrating our document processing technology into your existing IT infrastructure:
- Web services, API-based integration with the DocuPeak Web service, the server engine itself.
- Support for Active Directory single-signon integration
- Support for OAuth single-sign on standard to allow for single-sign on integration with any Web-based system (i.e. can be added to in-house systems).
- Client-side, line-of-business system user interface integration (i.e. "image enabling" - adding menu items, etc.) through the DocuPeak Scan Bench client-side integration framework.
- Automated file capture/import for file-based integration.
- Integrated external database integration via "Reference Folders" for lookups, drop down lists, and index value validation.

| Data and Content Access and Reporting |
DocuPeak provides an exceptional, entirely customizable Web user interface to view data and content, easily search and perform ad hoc or saved queries, and configure custom toolbars, menus and views that perfectly match the business process being modeled. DocuPeak user interfaces are "ATM simple" - in that only the feature required for a particular user role are shown in an application, and the toolbars, menus, field, forms, etc. are all defined in the language of the user's organization.
In addition, DocuPeak supports Crystal Reports and can generate automated report outputs. Having business process automation is not enough - the forms, data and content flowing through these automated business process create highly valuable data that can be used for further process improvement, as well as accountability.
DocuPeak also supports syndicating data and documents from DocuPeak to the next generation Web - the semantic Web.
